PERFECT SKATING PROGRAM "SUMMER 2025" PEMBROKE

The Perfect Skating Small Group Program is an athlete-specific 10-hour program and is the ultimate in hockey skating and skill development worldwide! Purpose-driven sessions of 2 hours per day maximize athlete joint mobility, muscle activation, posture, balance point, and efficiency, using the research-driven platform methodology of the Perfect Skating System. All programs guarantee progressive repetition and personal active coaching and allow our coaches more 1 on 1 time with each skater delivering a faster growth rate allowing you, the athlete to break away from the competition! As always all programs include complimentary Perfect Skating Jersey's!
